Temperature Controller
Temperature controller is a measurement device that is used to control temperature. The temperature sensor gives the real-time temperature change information to the controller and based on set value, the temperature controller will control output devices like heater/compressor which will help to control temperature. It can also be used to control pressure/humidity based on analog signals and PID controlling output.
1. Blind Type TC
Delta Blind Type Temperature controller is having different kinds of series to meet various requirements of industries. It doesn’t support display function but it is having RS485 Modbus / Ethernet MODBUS TCP/IP communication through which we can monitor/set various parameters of temperature controllers through HMI or SCADA
DTM series is a Multi-channel Modular Temperature Controller which is designed to meet the complexity of temperature control applications. The DTM Series is a combination of a host, measurement modules, I/O extension modules, and extension cards. DTM supports host plus 7 measurement modules and 8 I/O extension modules suitable to control up to 64 points of temperature control. We can connect several DTM groups with PLC or SCADA or HMI via RS-485 or Ethernet for temperature control of up to 1,000 points or more. There is complete isolation between channels which helps to improve communication speed and stability. It is suitable for advanced and complex type temperature control applications.

DTE series is suitable for multi-channel applications whose design is modular type. It supports a maximum of 8 groups of thermocouple/platinum resistance input. DTE offers several output modules (relay, voltage pulse, current output, and linear voltage output). If the customer wants to monitor only sensor inputs then no need to use output cards with DTE. DTE series supports DIN rail installation which saves wires. DTE supports RS-485 communication so we can connect it with third-party devices like HMI or PLC or SCADA. In addition to that, it supports the slope control function. We can also connect a maximum of 7 DTC2000 controllers with DTE.

DTC series is a single channel modular type temperature controller which doesn’t have a display so we can also say that it is a blind type temperature controller. It supports DIN rail installation. First unit will be a CPU and the other 7 extension units we can connect with the CPU so a total of 8 temperature points we can monitor and control at a time through a single CPU. As per customer requirements; he can select one or more units. It is having RS485 Modbus communication port so we can easily connect this device with external PLC or HMI or SCADA and can set/monitor parameters of controllers. This series is widely used in Pharma and other Industries where multiple temperature control points need to be controlled.

2. Display Type TC
Delta Display Type Temperature controller comes with different series of TC which supports basic functions to advanced functions to meet various types of Industries requirements. Delta TC models are available in different sizes starting from 24 x 24 to 96 X96mmm
DTK Series is a new design of Delta temperature controller which is having a high resolution LCD display. Due to the high resolution LCD and 60mm length, it is easy for operators to monitor the temperature. Optional RS485 communication is available. Option available with one alarm output or two alarm outputs. Available sizes: 48 x 48, 72 x 72, 48 x 96 & 96 x96. Output Types: Relay / SSR / Current. Supports various types of Thermocouples and Resistance Temperature sensors.
